Artwork Policy

Artwork Ownership

By submitting artwork, a logo, or any design to HatLink, you confirm that:

• You are the original owner of the artwork, or
• You have written permission from the rights holder to use it for embroidery production.

HatLink will not knowingly reproduce copyrighted or trademarked designs without proof of authorization. We reserve the right to decline any order we believe may infringe on intellectual property rights.

Accepted File Formats

For the best embroidery results, we recommend:

• Vector files (preferred): .AI, .EPS, .SVG
• High-resolution raster: .PNG with transparent background (at least 300 DPI)
• Also accepted: .JPG, .PDF

Low-resolution or blurry files may require our design team to recreate or clean up your artwork. We will contact you if adjustments are needed before production.

Digitization

All submitted artwork is digitized by our team before embroidery production. Digitization converts your logo into an embroidery stitch file. Minor adjustments may be made to ensure the best possible stitch quality — very fine details, gradients, and very thin lines may not translate perfectly to embroidery and may be simplified.

Mockup Approval

You will receive an AI-generated embroidery preview before your order is finalized. By proceeding with checkout, you are approving the general design direction. Our team may make minor digitization adjustments for stitch quality. If you have specific notes or requests, include them in the design notes field during ordering.

Prohibited Artwork

We will not produce embroidery containing:

• Hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory imagery.
• Obscene or sexually explicit content.
• Content that infringes on registered trademarks or copyrights without authorization.
• Counterfeit brand logos or knockoff designs.
